The limit applies to active staff profiles, not the number of times employees can Check-In.

Yes. Once an employee has an active staff profile, there is no limit on the number of Check-Ins or Check-Outs they can make.

For example, a Standard package supporting 20 active staff can still record thousands of Check-In and Check-Out events throughout the year.

Staff who leave your organisation can be archived or deactivated.

They will no longer count towards your active staff allowance, allowing that staff allocation to be used for another employee.

Standard is designed specifically for employee attendance.

If you also need to manage visitors, choose TAPiTAG Check-In PLUS.

If you need to manage staff, guests and contractors, choose TAPiTAG Check-In PRO.

No. There is no TAPiTAG app required.

Employees simply tap the NFC Check-In Point with a compatible smartphone or scan the QR code. The Check-In experience opens directly in their phone browser.

No. TAPiTAG uses the smartphones your staff already carry.

There is no requirement for dedicated tablets, punch clocks or specialist attendance readers at each entrance.

Yes. Your initial purchase includes your customised Check-In hardware and your first 12 months of TAPiTAG Check-In software.

After the first 12 months, the software renews automatically at the annual renewal rate for your selected package.

Yes. If your team grows or you require additional Check-In Points, you can move to a larger Standard package with a higher active staff allowance.

If your requirements expand to include guests or contractors, you can move to PLUS or PRO.

Choose your package based on both the number of Check-In Points you need and your number of active staff.

For example, a business with 35 active employees would need at least the 2 Point / 40 Staff package.

A business with 120 active employees would require at least the 10 Point / 150 Staff package.
