What is a walnut NFC and QR display stand?
It is a physical walnut display with an NFC tag and QR code that open connected content on a visitor’s phone. Your TAPiTAG profile can present several links and content sections in one destination.
Is it only for Google reviews?
No. Reviews are one possible use. Your profile can also provide menus, booking links, contact information, videos, brochures, enquiry links and other agreed content. Tell us your goals during the design stage.
Will TAPiTAG help configure the profile?
Yes. During the design stage, we agree what you want the stand to do and configure the agreed profile using your supplied links and content. We also explain any access or activation steps needed before use.
What do I need to provide for the design?
Send your logo, brand colours, preferred printed message and the links or materials you want on the profile. Examples include a menu PDF, booking URL, review destination, website, images and video links.
Can the profile content be updated later?
Yes. Editable profile content lets you change information and links without replacing the walnut display. Printed artwork remains unchanged. Confirm any requirements for changing the stand’s underlying destination during setup.
Do customers need an app?
No TAPiTAG app is required to open the profile. Online content needs internet access. Linked booking, review, social or payment services may have their own sign-in requirements.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
NFC tapping requires a compatible phone with NFC available and enabled where applicable. The QR code provides another route using a compatible phone camera. Reading positions and steps vary by device.
Does the stand need electricity or charging?
The physical NFC and QR display does not need a power supply or charging. Visitors use their own phones to open the content. Their phones need power and an internet connection for online destinations.
Can it collect leads or accept payments?
The profile can link to a suitable enquiry form or online payment page. Visitors choose to submit details or complete payment. The stand does not automatically capture contact details and is not a card payment terminal. External service requirements and fees apply.
Are all digital features included without ongoing fees?
Check your selected purchase for the profile features and terms included. External form, booking and payment services may have their own charges. Confirm optional analytics, team access and multi-location management separately.
Will every walnut stand look exactly the same?
Natural walnut varies in grain and colour. Your display may differ from photographs and from other pieces while retaining the agreed branding and product format.
Can I order stands for several locations?
Yes. Review any quantity offers in the purchase area or contact TAPiTAG for a larger order. Tell us whether the locations need matching artwork, different profile content or central management.
How long does a personalised stand take?
Production and dispatch depend on the product, quantity and artwork approval. Check the current delivery information and contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.
How should I care for the display?
Follow the care instructions supplied with your stand. Ask TAPiTAG before using cleaning products or placing the display in damp, outdoor or high-moisture environments.
