TAPiTAG Teams combines branded digital business cards with a central management platform. Your business can manage employee profiles, keep company information consistent and review engagement and captured connections from one dashboard.
How is Teams different from a Standard card?
With a Standard card, each cardholder manages their own digital profile. With Teams, your administrators control employee profiles, shared company information and editing access centrally.
Both options support custom branding and tap-or-scan sharing. Teams adds company management, setup support and training, with an annual management subscription.
Do you set up our cards and profiles and provide training?
Yes. TAPiTAG sets up your cards and digital profiles in line with your brand guidelines, using the employee information you provide.
We also provide full training for your administrators on the management system, including employee profiles, company updates and reporting. Your rollout requirements are agreed before setup.
Can employees change their own profiles?
Your Teams setup uses admin-only editing. Staff use their cards to share their profiles, while your authorised administrators control changes to employee details and company branding.
Admins can update profiles when roles change and deactivate access or profiles when employees leave.
How do employees share their details? Does the recipient need an app?
Employees share their digital profile by tapping their card against a compatible NFC-enabled phone or asking the recipient to scan its QR code. They can also share their profile link.
The recipient can open the profile in their phone’s browser without downloading an app.
How are new contacts captured?
When someone chooses to submit their details through the contact exchange or lead form on an employee’s profile, those details can be stored as a captured connection in TAPiTAG Teams.
A tap, QR scan or someone saving your employee’s details does not, by itself, provide that person’s contact information.
Can TAPiTAG connect to our CRM?
We’ll review your CRM and confirm the available workflow. Depending on your system and agreed setup, captured contacts may be transferred through a confirmed direct integration, Zapier, an available API workflow or a structured export.
During your demo, we’ll explain what can be automated and any configuration needed for your chosen workflow.
What activity can administrators review?
Administrators can review available tap, QR scan and profile engagement data, along with contacts people have chosen to share.
Reporting can help your business understand activity across employees, teams and events. We’ll demonstrate the reports and filters available for your setup. Engagement counts show activity; they do not establish a sale or identify every person who views a profile.
How does Teams pricing work?
Teams pricing combines a one-time card purchase with an annual management subscription. The starting offer shown on this page is based on PVC cards.
Your quote confirms the price for your team size, card material and agreed setup, including what is due initially and the annual subscription or renewal charges. Wood and metal card options can also be quoted.
