Is there a subscription?
No. These Standard PVC cards include your digital profile without a recurring subscription. TAPiTAG Teams is a separate option with an annual management subscription.
Is custom printing included?
Yes. Your PVC card includes custom printing and our design service. Choose your preferred card colour and print finish, and we’ll help create a design using your branding.
Do I need artwork before ordering?
No. Order your card first. Our design team will email you to gather your logo and design preferences and work with you on your card design.
Will it work with my phone?
Your card can be tapped against a compatible NFC-enabled iPhone or Android phone. The QR code provides another way to open your profile. The recipient views your profile in their browser without downloading an app.
What can I add to my digital profile?
Add your contact details, an Exchange Contact form, social platforms, a website link, custom icons linking to web pages and PDFs, meeting booking links, YouTube and Vimeo videos, and a photo gallery.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Update the details, content and links in your TAPiTAG digital profile without replacing your physical card. Printed details on the card itself cannot be changed digitally.
How do I set up my card?
Follow the setup instructions supplied with your delivery to create your digital profile and add your contact details, content and links.
