18. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope that you will be delighted with all of your purchases, but if you are not completely happy with any items you can return these within 28 days of delivery with our ‘no-quibble’ returns guarantee. To do so please follow our easy to do step by step guide listed below.
If you want to return an item simply contact our customer service department with your original order number. Our customer service department will give you a return authorization number to return the product. You can return items via your postal service or any other courier service company that can give a valid proof of return.
Please make sure you ask for and retain your receipt as proof of your return, TAPiTAG cannot be held responsible for any items that may be damaged or go missing in transit.
You will receive your refund within 5-10 working days of TAPiTAG receipt of your parcel or replacement items.
Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or were sent incorrectly.
How to return your parcel
In order to return your purchase you will need to advise us of your request. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork that will need to be attached to the parcel. No parcels without this paperwork will be accepted into our return facility. The following steps outline the return procedure.
- Affix the necessary paperwork to the parcel and ship using a service of your choice. Where possible please provide a tracking number, this is not necessary but advised as TAPiTAG take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Once received into our facility your unit will be checked for damages and the necessary refund will be offered to you within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the payment service your money will be refunded to your account within 5-10 working days.
- We would advise you take out additional insurance if the contents of your parcel exceed €20 to ensure you are fully compensated if your parcel goes missing. Please ask for and keep your proof of posting.
