How do NFC and QR review tags differ?

NFC works by holding a compatible phone close to the product. A QR code is scanned using a phone camera. Both can open your chosen review link. Check each product’s specifications for its supported access methods.

Do customers need to download an app?

No TAPiTAG app is needed. Customers use a compatible phone and an internet connection to open the link, then follow Trustpilot’s review process.

Do reviewers need to sign in to Trustpilot?

Customers follow Trustpilot’s current sign-in or account creation process to submit a review. TAPiTAG provides access to your link; it does not bypass Trustpilot’s account or review requirements.

How do I connect the product to my business?

Will this guarantee five-star reviews or a higher TrustScore?
