At 9.10am, an electrician arrives at an office building to investigate a lighting fault.

At 10.25am, a lift engineer enters an apartment development across town.

At lunchtime, an HVAC contractor arrives at another property.

Who is actually on site right now?

The work orders may say who was scheduled.
