Can my stand do more than open one link?
Yes. Your stand can open a TAPiTAG profile containing multiple links and content sections. Customers can choose from the actions you include, such as menus, bookings, reviews, contact details and enquiries.
Will TAPiTAG help set up the profile?
Yes. During the design stage, tell our team what you want the stand to do. We agree the artwork, content and links with you and configure the agreed profile setup using the materials you provide.
What should I send during the design stage?
Provide your logo, brand colours, preferred printed message and the links or content you want to share. This may include a menu PDF, booking URL, review destination, website, social profiles, images or video links.
Can I update the content later?
Content on your TAPiTAG profile can be edited without reprinting the physical stand. This does not change the printed artwork. Changes to a directly configured destination depend on the setup, so confirm your requirements during the design stage.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
NFC tapping requires a compatible phone with NFC available and enabled where applicable. Reading positions vary by device. The QR code provides another route using a compatible phone camera. Internet access is needed for online content.
Do customers need an app?
No TAPiTAG app is required to open the profile. Linked booking, social, payment or other services may have their own access requirements.
Can I collect enquiries or customer details?
You can link to an appropriate enquiry, booking or sign-up form. Visitors choose to enter and submit their details. Tapping the stand does not automatically reveal their name, email address or phone number.
Can the stand accept payments?
Your profile can provide a link to a suitable online payment or donation page. The stand is not a card payment terminal. Customers complete payment through the linked provider, whose account requirements and fees apply.
Are subscriptions or external services included?
Check the selected product options for the profile features and terms included in your purchase. External booking, payment, form and CRM services may require separate accounts or fees. Discuss advanced management requirements with TAPiTAG before ordering.
Can I order several stands for different locations?
Yes. Use any available quantity offers in the purchase section, or contact TAPiTAG for a larger rollout. Tell us whether each stand needs the same profile, different content or separate branding. Central management requirements are discussed separately.
How long does a personalised stand take?
Production and dispatch depend on the selected product, artwork approval and quantity. Check the current delivery information and contact TAPiTAG before ordering if you have an event deadline.
Is assembly or activation required?
The stand has a detachable base. Follow the supplied assembly instructions and any profile access or activation steps. Test the NFC chip, QR code and links before use.
